  解題思路：第一個設空處是關于Biodiversity hotspots的，預讀題目時候locating targets這個信息非常重要，locate key areas 這個表達在聽力原文中重現，后面的focusing efforts at conservation 就是答案關鍵。

  解題思路：35題問的是Lisa Ballance 這個人的研究。挖空處問的是她的研究內容，聽力原文用“was interested in”來鎖定答案。
